Erik first started dabbling in bitcoin in 2012. Over the next 4 years he helped get bitcoin in the hands of as many people as possible while working at Coinbase. Then he focused on writing essays on the social, political, and philosophical aspects of bitcoin which are now collected in his book Cryptosovereignty. Today he is the co-founder of Vora.io which is building the first plug and play self-sovereign AI hardware to help protect your digital life.
