About Event
The Miami-Dade County Department of Solid Waste Management invites residents, businesses, and community partners to participate in shaping the County’s Zero Waste Master Plan — a roadmap to prevent as much material as possible from being disposed of as waste.
This plan will identify policies, programs, and infrastructure needed to:
• Expand recycling
• Rescue edible food
• Develop compost systems
• Support reuse across the County
Your input will help guide the final recommendations and future implementation.
