Join the UX University community for a laid-back UXCON 2026 Pre-Conference Happy Hour at Matchbox in Downtown Silver Spring.

No presentations. No awkward networking agenda. Just a room full of good people meeting before the big day.
Expect designers, researchers, developers, product folks, recruiters, founders, business owners, students, community leaders, and plenty of people who don’t fit neatly into any one title.
Come alone. Bring a friend. Meet someone you’ll recognize at UXCON the next morning.
We’re building UX University around a pretty simple idea: great products aren’t built by one discipline — and great communities shouldn’t be either.
There’ll be conversation, music, drinks, and that easygoing UXU energy we’ve been building here in the DMV.
Then on Thursday, October 8, we do UXCON.
