Let's Build Your First AI Team Member

If you use AI every day but still have to explain its job from scratch every time you open a chat, come build the alternative with me.

Last week, I showed my AI Team doing real work inside my solo business. This Thursday, we’ll turn that idea toward your work.

In June, I taught a paid workshop on building your first AI team member. For this free session, you’ll get a new edition of the core tool from that workshop: Design Your AI Team Member. It’s a reusable skill you can use to design one member now—and run again when you’re ready to build your next.

We’ll look at what makes a member more than a clever prompt: a real role, a bounded part of the work, the context it needs, and the decisions that must come back to you. Then we’ll take ten minutes to build together. You can build along or simply watch. Either way, the skill is yours to keep using afterwards.

We’ll return to the room for questions and what people made or noticed. I’ll end by showing where one member fits in the larger AI operating system, and how the AI Team Bootcamp helps you install and personalize that system for your own business.

Bring one area of work you’d love to stop re-explaining.
