Friday 10th October is World Mental Health Day - we recognize how important looking after the brain is! 🧠
Please come down to the common area for a tea or coffee - maybe a sweet treat! We encourage you to take this time to talk to us or fellow students.
We will also put some board games, jigsaws, and colouring pages out so you can take some time for a breather. 🧩
Remember we are always at the desk if you want a chat or a cuppa! ❤️
