Turning out-of-network pricing into a software problem: Daffodil Health company presentation and Q&A with co-founder & CEO Navin Nagiah
Out-of-network and reference pricing is one of those incredibly consequential corners of healthcare that only people deep in the weeds have any idea about. Payers and TPAs have a limited toolkit for pricing, benchmarking, and defending OON and reference-based pricing claims, and the solution set is often priced on a percent-of-savings basis.
Daffodil Health's thesis is that this is a problem begging for a software solution and should be priced on a transaction basis instead. Daffodil launched in 2024 and is backed by Maverick Ventures and Epic Ventures.
Navin Nagiah is co-founder and CEO of Daffodil Health, and he'll share a presentation on the business — including how the company is approaching the rapidly expanding volume of NSA IDR claims — followed by Q&A with HTN's Martin Cech.
Live event open to everyone, replay and transcript exclusively available for HTN Pros.
