Acerca del evento

Every founder eventually hits the same wall: building the company was supposed to be the hard part. Then someone tells you that if you're not visible, you don't exist — and suddenly you're expected to post, perform, and "build a personal brand" on top of everything else. Most founders don't resist visibility because they're lazy. They resist it because it feels fake, exposing, or like a full-time job they never signed up for.

In this session, Estef Acosta — part of the founding team that launched TikTok in Mexico — breaks down why that fear is misplaced, and why TikTok specifically rewards the opposite of performance: real, unpolished, founder-led content. Drawing on her experience building the platform from the inside, she'll unpack what actually earns visibility today and how founders can show up without becoming someone they're not.

You'll leave with a simple framework to start — without losing your essence, your time, or your credibility.
