About Event

An exclusive, curated experience featuring founders who have successfully sold their companies.

Go beyond the headlines to hear what really happened behind each deal: how they prepared, what they negotiated, the challenges they faced, the lessons they learned, and the decisions that ultimately shaped the outcome.

The conversation will be followed by a relaxed networking session over coffee — a chance to continue the conversation, exchange ideas, and connect with other founders and investors in the room.

Featured speakers:

  • Luis Enríquez: General Partner at Nazca, one of Latin America’s leading venture capital firms. He is also the co-founder of Cultura Colectiva, one of the region’s largest digital media platforms, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board. He previously founded Bridge Latam, which later merged with Nazca.

  • Matías Gath: Serial entrepreneur with two successful exits in Latin America. He co-founded Kadabra, Argentina’s first on-demand delivery platform, which was acquired by Glovo in 2017, and Pulppo, a technology-driven real estate brokerage acquired by Habi. Today, he continues to lead Pulppo under Habi, helping real estate agents close transactions with greater technology and transparency.

  • Iñigo Rumayor: Entrepreneur and executive with over 10 years of experience in fintech, payments, and financial services. He is the Founder & CEO of Monato, where he leads the development of financial infrastructure for businesses. He co-founded Arcus, where he held several executive roles until its acquisition by Mastercard, and later served as SVP & CEO of Arcus within Mastercard. He is a mentor at Platanus, a member of the Board of the FinTech Association of Mexico, holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently studying Law at UNAM.
