NO SIGNAL: The Tech Leaders Hike
NO SIGNAL is a guided hike and outdoor leadership experience for founders, executives and operators responsible for building companies, leading teams and making difficult decisions under pressure.
Throughout the route, coach Renata Peñalosa will lead individual reflection exercises exploring:
The fears quietly shaping the way we lead
What human leadership offers in the age of AI
How to hear our own intuition when more information isn’t the answer
At the summit, Aire Libre will guide a closing meditation before we begin the descent.
The experience is hosted by Roxana Antohi, COO of Mexico Tech Week and a mountaineer working toward completing the Seven Summits. Having already climbed Aconcagua and Elbrus, Roxana is preparing for the next stage of the project while exploring what high-altitude environments can teach us about leadership, preparation and execution.
The experience includes:
Round-trip transportation from a central point in Mexico City for the first 40 registered participants
A professionally guided hike
Three leadership reflection exercises
Trail snacks and refreshments
Space for conversations beyond traditional tech networking
The hike is supported by Startup Retreats x Aire Libre, who are providing the professional guides and transportation. The 40 places on the bus will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to registration order. Once those places are filled, you can still join the hike, but you’ll need to arrange your own transportation.
