​This is not a typical event. It’s a working day.

​The focus: building the right AI architecture- inference, orchestration, and agentic workflows - side by side with our team. Whether you’re working on infra, scaling workloads, or building with LLMs - this is a hands-on day to make real progress.

​8:30 – 10:00 → Breakfast, coffee & workspace setup

​12:30 – 1:30 → Lunch + Coworking

​1:30 – 4:30 → Deep dives, architecture sessions, and scaling reviews
