Why Learn Origami?
Origami is far more than paper folding.
Research and experience suggest that origami can help:
Improve concentration
Strengthen memory
Develop patience
Enhance hand-eye coordination
Reduce stress
Encourage mindfulness
Boost creativity and problem-solving skills
Many participants describe origami as a form of "yoga for the mind"—a calming activity that helps you slow down, focus on the present moment, and disconnect from daily stress.
With nothing more than paper and your hands, you can create something beautiful while experiencing a sense of calm and accomplishment.
