DP Roundup: Translation, Tongue, and Trust: Who Carries a Voice Across Languages?

​Most "global AI" discussion assumes English is the implicit default and translation is a service. This session reverses the framing: DP23 (Universal Participation & Linguistic Interoperability) and DP21 (Multi-modal) are about whether the Meta-Layer is structurally hospitable to people who don't write or read in the dominant languages of model training.

This session will explore these two DPs and also do a walkthrough of the DP workflow for workgroups.
