Welcome to Tough Luck Athletics Track Nights!
🔥 WORKOUT: 50-50-50
50m at RPE 6-7
50 m at RPE 7-8
50 m at RPE 9+
250m walk/jog recovery after each set
Repeat 4-6 times
✏️ NOTES:
Please bring a water, some running shoes, and whatever else you think you need!
No restrooms available (port-o-potty only), so make sure you take care of business beforehand!!
No pets allowed at the track (UNLVs rules)
Lights are limited so bring a headlamp if you got one
Warm-up on your own by 6:10 pm

🚗 PARKING: Parking is free just outside the track entrance! Look for Lot S.
