​ChatGPT Work for Finance Hands-on Workshop

​A five-hour hands-on workshop for finance professionals, investors and business owners who want to use OpenAI's ChatGPT Work for real finance research, due diligence and financial modelling.

​ChatGPT Work can read your files, run analysis, pull data and produce reports once you give it the right instructions. In this session you will set it up properly, teach it how you work and leave with a working finance research agent running on your own laptop.

​What you will build

​An AI finance analyst that takes financial and non-financial information, gathers the numbers, runs the analysis you specify and produces a clean research note.

​You will also use it to perform financial due diligence, identify issues and build or review simple financial models.

​Everything you build is yours to keep and reuse.

​How the session runs

​First half: Setting up ChatGPT Work and writing your own AGENTS.md

• ​Setting up ChatGPT Work and understanding how it works in the app and ChatGPT

• ​Writing your AGENTS.md so ChatGPT Work knows your research style, data sources and output format

• ​Creating Skills so ChatGPT Work can repeat your finance workflows more consistently

​Second half: Building and running your finance analyst live

• ​Connecting ChatGPT Work to your data and research files

• ​Running your first end-to-end research task on a real company

• ​Performing financial due diligence and identifying areas for further investigation

• ​Building and reviewing a financial model

• ​Running forecast scenarios and sensitivity analysis

• ​Refining the output, adding guardrails and scheduling recurring research
