About Event

Onboarding tooltips are dead.

You've probably tried them and realized that users still get stuck.

Because the solution still makes users do all the work.

In the AI era, that won't fly anymore.

Your users don't want to learn your software anymore.

They want to say what they want done and have it done without doing anything.

So on October 28, you're going to build exactly that.

Live, inside your own product, in under an hour.

Mike Telem (Kemtai) and Mickey Alon (Foldspace) show you how one Kemtai product person, with no engineering team, built an agent for its first onboarding job in about an hour. Mike shares why it put self-serve back on Kemtai's table.

Then we go through the five steps to folding the distance between user intent and outcomes, and you build yours along the way:

  1. Discover Your Key Use Cases. Find the jobs users come to your product for, and where they get stuck on the way.

  2. Define Your First Strike. Pick the one outcome that shows a new user what your product does, and make it generative: the agent creates it from their own material, mostly done, so they just finish it.

  3. Fold the Path. For each use case, decide how far the agent goes: show a shorter path, jump users to the right place, or do the work for them, by text or by voice. You build it, review every action and approve it.

  4. Engineer Your Champions. Your best users define what the agent knows. Personalized starters give every new user the expert path.

  5. Close the Loop. Launch, and Conversational Analytics shows what users asked for, what got done and what didn't. New use cases show up in their own words. Run the next experiment and fold again.

Build along and you'll leave with a working agent built on your own product, ready for your team to review. No changes to your product's code. Going live comes later: one snippet and your team's approval.

To build along, bring Claude Code, Chrome and a sandbox or staging login to your product. Or just watch.

Everyone who shows up live gets free Foldspace credits and everything you need to build an AI agent in your product.

You'll get 30 days of access, credits on Foldspace ($1,000+ value), so you can build during the session for free.

Register now and we'll see you live on Wednesday, October 28.

This is for you if you lead product or growth at a B2B software or AI company with a lot of features, and new users struggle to get to value in your product.

If you came for PLG frameworks, skip this one.

We're building, not theorizing.

Can't make it live?

Register anyway and we'll send you the recording. Just note that you won't get as many free credits to build out your AI agent.
