Revenue Crew (3rd Fridays)
We are a group of local business owners who meet once a month – same people, same time, same place – to discuss how we're growing, share lessons learned, get feedback on roadblocks, and push each other to think bigger.
We use Alex Hormozi's $100M Leads as a guiding framework for the conversation (though this is more a business mastermind than a book club).
THIS GROUP MEETS THE THIRD FRIDAY OF EACH MONTH IN Q1 (SO JAN 16, FEB 20, MAR 20).
The agenda looks like this:
8:00-8:30AM: Show up any time before 8:30, grab a coffee, and chit-chat before we start
8:30-10:00AM: Guided discussion group. Each person shares what they've tried recently, what's worked, and what they're trying to crack, getting feedback from others as-needed
10:00 Onward: Feel free to take off, or stick around to chat with members (or get some work done).
The discussion is facilitated to keep it moving, pull out common threads, draw useful input out of all members, and make sure it's a valuable use of time for everyone there.
If you're looking for a great peer group to help you stay accountable and grow in 2026, grab a spot.
FAQ
How big is the group?
This group is limited to eight people, the perfect number to guarantee a range of expertise/experience, while making sure everyone has plenty of time to share in each meeting.
What's the commitment?
When you sign up, you're joining for one quarter (so, three gatherings), and your membership will renew next quarter unless you cancel. The meetings are ~90 mins, and very high signal-to-noise (I work hard to make this the most valuable meeting on your calendar every month). You're an important member of the group, so I ask you do your damndest to get to each meeting.
When does it meet?
This group meets the second Friday of every month, from 8:30-10:00AM.
What kind of business owner is this for?
The discussion is most useful for 6- to 7-figure business owners (primarily service providers and subscription products), who have a goal of growing to $2-$3M in the coming years.
Do I have to have read $100M Leads?
No. We use the book as a common vocabulary to talk through problems, but if you haven't read it, you'll still get value from this.
Who runs this thing?
My name's Ethan Brooks, and I run The Austin Business Review. All of my work focuses on helping local business owners and founders connect, grow their companies, and build their lives here in ATX.
How do I get the member rate?
Members of the ABR Insight Network are automatically granted access to member rates on this series.
