For gentlemen, appropriate options include a collared shirt, polo, sweater, blazer, tailored pants, dark jeans, loafers, dress shoes, or clean elevated sneakers.
For ladies, appropriate options include a dress, jumpsuit, blouse with tailored pants or a skirt, heels, flats, boots, or other polished footwear.
Suits, ties, and formal gowns are not required. We kindly ask guests to avoid athletic wear, gym clothing, sweatpants, basketball shorts, slides, and overly casual attire.
Arrival and Parking
Please plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes early to allow time for parking, entering the restaurant, and checking in.
Guests may choose between valet service and complimentary self-parking at Fogo de Chão. Once inside, please check in under Quentin Gause’s Birthday and Book Launch, and the restaurant team will direct you to the event area.
Food and Dining
Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and birthday cake will be served with a cash bar during the birthday and book-launch reception.
Following the reception, guests are warmly invited to continue the evening with dinner at Fogo de Chão. Those who choose to stay may order from the restaurant’s full menu, with each guest responsible for their individual dinner and beverage selections.
