​Build Your Own Chief of Staff with Claude!

​A FREE hands-on workshop with Ruby Advisory

​Email, meetings, and follow-ups take time away from the work you want to focus on. In this 90 min workshop, founders, operators, agency owners, and small-business leaders will build a personal AI Chief of Staff around their actual work. No coding experience required.

​What you’ll build

​We’ll start with a Claude Project that captures your role, priorities, key people, and where to find reliable information. Then we’ll build and test reusable routines:

• ​A daily briefing: Bring together your calendar, current priorities, unanswered questions, and follow-ups so you can see what needs attention.

• ​Inbox priorities: Find unanswered email and Slack threads from a time window you choose, including a 14-day follow-up review. Rank them by your priorities, with links back to the conversations.

• ​Drafts in your voice: Use examples of your writing to teach Claude your tone and preferences, then prepare replies for you to review, edit, and send.

• ​Meeting preparation: Pull together relevant conversations, notes, commitments, and questions before a meeting.

• ​A routine of your own: Build and test one task around your work, such as an industry research brief using sources you trust.

​What to bring

​Bring a laptop with a Claude account installed and 5 to 10 relevant business documents you’re allowed to use with AI, such as a company overview, project notes, writing samples, or past proposals. You’ll work with approved connected sources or uploaded examples.
