The Nature Break
Step outside for a guided nature-connection session along the River Thames. Slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the living world in a way that nourishes body, mind and mission.
What inspiration and ideas arise when we deepen our relationship with nature? How can the natural world help us connect more deeply with our purpose?
This facilitated experience invites you to explore how nature can support you and your work to build a better world.
Led by Kay Michael, Founder, Executive & Creative Director of the award-winning Letters to the Earth, you’ll engage in solo and group nature-connection practices and creative activities that will widen your perspective and foster clarity, with the invitation to bring your experience - as well as the voice of nature - back indoors.
Join an emerging community of nature-connected leaders and leave with tools to enrich both your personal and professional journey.
Meeting and end point: outside Woolwich Works entrance.
This event is free for attendees and non-attendees of the Blue Earth Summit alike.
Come dressed for the outdoors, with minimal baggage. Sit mats will be provided.
‘Spending time in nature was transformative. This renewed perspective will guide my decisions and the way I work moving forward.’
- Puninda Thind, former Finance Nature Lead with UN Climate Champions Team
