Drawing on best practices and real club experience, it introduces practical approaches evaluators can apply immediately to make feedback clearer, more supportive, and development-oriented — turning evaluation into a meaningful leadership moment.

​The Art of Audience Engagement This workshop examines how great speakers consistently capture and sustain attention. Based on the study of high-impact speakers and personal speaking experience, it reveals practical engagement techniques Toastmasters can use right away to make speeches more dynamic, memorable, and audience-centered.
