What to Expect:
Networking & Refreshments: Build your professional network by connecting with peers and established professionals in the PDT Partners New York Office.
Culture Interview Practice: We will break into small groups where you can practice answering interview questions with a member of the PDT Partners team. You will receive direct feedback on what you are doing well and how you can improve your interview presence. This practice round will focus specifically on questions you might see in culture interviews.
Small Group Mentor Sessions: We will rotate groups after the interview practice so you can meet more PDT team members. In the new small groups, you can share your career successes and challenges and get advice/mentoring from PDT staff.
