Walk inspired by Yoko Ono and her art, mildly incorporated into Nature connection activities from certified Forest Therapy Practitioner.

It's not a hike, but rather a slow walk with interventions, that will help you reset your senses, lower stress as well as boost creativity.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing.
