​Manifest is excited to host a fireside chat with, Russ Garcia, Chief Executive Officer of Menlo Microsystems.

​Russ is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in semiconductors, telecommunications, and advanced electronics. At Menlo Microsystems, he has led the commercialization of disruptive MEMS switch technology, driving innovation across RF, digital, and power systems.

​Before joining Menlo, Russ founded the advisory firm nGeniSys and served as an Executive in Residence at GE Ventures. His career includes executive roles at Microsemi Corporation, Texas Instruments, and Silicon Systems, as well as serving as CEO of WiSpry and u-Nav Microelectronics, where he helped launch the industry’s first single-chip GPS semiconductor device.
