Teamscape Lab Berlin: What Really Happens When Teams Make Decisions
Teams struggle because "everyone decides differently."
In this live, in-person lab, you’ll physically map your decision-making style, work through a real-time team challenge, and experience how differences create friction and performance.
This evening is designed for people who work closely with teams and want deeper clarity into the psychology of how groups actually function, especially under pressure.
There will be no panels, slide decks, sales pitches.
Expect a structured, hands-on experience hosted by Jörg Schmitz (The Inclusive Leadership Institute), with lots of room for social interactions.
