ReSTART

Let’s talk about the struggles we don’t post on LinkedIn.

That feeling when everyone seems to have it figured out: perfect internships and flawless CVs, while you’re questioning every decision you’ve ever made?

Welcome to ReSTART.

ReSTART is an interactive panel discussion exploring the hidden struggles that many students and young professionals face:

• Fear of choosing the wrong path
• Comparing yourself to others
• Feeling behind
• Overthinking & uncertainty
• The pressure to have it all together

Together with our speakers:

Lisa Schmidt - Co-Founder of futurefluid
Lea Scherer - Content Creator
Adrian Davies - Founder of Meshara

We’ll dive into moments of doubt, imperfect decisions, and the messy realities behind “successful” paths, and how these experiences shape resilience, growth mindset, and confidence.

Because nobody really has everything figured out.
And that’s okay.
