Coconut Talks: The AI-Powered HR & Business Leader
Beyond Paperwork and Disconnected Tools: How Teams Reclaim Their Time & Build Contextual Businesses
Most HR and operations teams in the Caribbean are caught in an administrative holding pattern: manually shuttling data between spreadsheets, leave forms, IT checklists, and payroll.
While generic AI tools like standard chatbots know general concepts, they do not understand a company's specific org chart, local policies, or employee lifecycle. The issue is not effort; it is a disconnection between systems that impacts the entire organization.
Join the Caribbean Society of HR Professionals (CSHRP) and Factorial for an exclusive evening hybrid gathering live from Antigua. Over cocktails and sunset conversations at La casa Palmadita, we will explore how HR and business leaders can leverage contextual AI to automate repetitive workflows like candidate screening, onboarding sequences, and employee FAQs.
The goal is to move HR away from acting as a manual clearinghouse, establish them as strategic drivers, and empower executives to build more connected, contextual businesses. Because people should make the decisions, and technology should do the legwork.
What to expect:
Fireside Chat: An open, unscripted discussion on regional business and HR challenges, moving away from heavy slide decks.
Live Tech Showcase: A practical walkthrough showing how contextual AI solves these exact administrative bottlenecks in real time.
Sunset Cocktails & Networking: Cocktails, canapés, and peer networking at La casa Palmadita, paired with a dedicated virtual moderator to ensure remote attendees are fully engaged in the discussion.
