Event Outline:
6:30 PM: Liquid Courage. Open the minibar. People mingle in the lounge. This isn't "networking"; it's finding your tribe before the roast starts.
7:00 PM: The Hot Seat. Entrepreneurs have 5 minutes to pitch.
7:10 PM: The Slap. A panel of seasoned local founders gives the advice you actually need to hear—the stuff investors whisper behind your back but won't say to your face.
8:30 PM: The After-Party. Decompress in the lounge. The "roasters" and "roastees" grab a drink and talk shop.
