This 4-week small-group series is designed to support both you and your baby, combining calming sensory play with personalized sleep guidance from a clinical health psychologist associated with Kaiser in Northern California.
Each week, you’ll join a supportive, low-stimulation environment where your baby can engage in gentle sensory play while you receive real-time coaching, ask questions, and build a sleep approach that actually works for your family.
