The Reset is a structured, facilitated work session designed to help you pause, assess the previous month, and move into the next one with clarity and intention.
Each session begins with a brief reflection on what happened in the prior month—what progressed, what stalled, and what you learned. Those insights are then used to intentionally plan priorities for the month ahead, before transitioning into focused execution.
The session follows a Pomodoro-style rhythm, alternating between timed focus blocks and short, intentional breaks to support deep concentration and sustainable momentum. You’ll work independently, together, in a calm, distraction-reduced environment—so you can leave having made real progress on what matters next.
AI tools may be introduced as optional support for reflection, planning, or unblocking, used thoughtfully to enhance clarity rather than create noise.
Session Flow & Expectations
Arrive by 2:30 PM to settle in and set intentions
Hard start at 3:00 PM to protect focus
No late entry once the session begins
Structured focus blocks with short breaks
5:00 PM close, followed by attending IGrow Daily community walk together for those who wish
The Reset is not a meeting, workshop, or networking event. It’s protected time to reflect, recalibrate, and execute—on purpose.
