How to design Agentic Systems

​Do you feel fatigued trying to keep up with the latest AI platforms? It’s easy to fall for the hype and chase the shiniest new trick, hoping it will finally click. But that won’t build your long-term judgment about these systems.

​In this 1h 30m workshop, I’ll help you slow down and learn a few basic principles.

​Bring three processes you’d love to delegate to AI. We’ll classify them in an impact/effort matrix, pick the most impactful one, and work through these steps together:

• ​Break it into small steps the AI can handle

• ​Define the inputs and outputs (what data goes in, what comes out)

• ​Choose the right level of AI autonomy (decisions you make vs. those you delegate to AI)

• ​Evaluate the quality of the results and iterate

​You’ll leave with a one-page blueprint of your AI system.
