March Fizz & Flow

​We're back for March and so excited!

​We will be hosting you gals for a 30-minute pilates flow hosted by our dear friend and Pilates Instructor, Jenn! She works at various Neaumix studios around Orange County and we are excited to have her kick our booty's (she does not mess around so gear up!)

​We will have green elixir shots for you (we love taking care of our gut health!) as well as fizz, some treats, and a RAFFLE! Come a little before 10am to set yourself up and enjoy the refreshments. This event is $5 dollars to support all the work by your hosts. :)

​Please bring water and your own mat or towel for the workout.
