Come join our girls for a special evening reset to recover and unwind together through winter and those training for City2Surf or simply craving a self-care evening ✨

Leave refreshed from the gorgeous RCVRI space in Martin Place with us for an exclusive hour wellness sesh enjoying a sauna, cold plunge and compression boots for a total body and mind reset!

What to expect:
A 60 minute private session just for 10 girls in our community enjoying the amazing range of facilities:
• Contrast therapy (traditional sauna + cold plunges)
• Normatec compression boots for recovery
• A chance to slow down, reset and reconnect with the girls

What to bring:
• Swimwear
• Water bottle
• 2 towels (available to purchase at reception if needed)
