About Event

Get Ready for this special Celebration of Motherhood in collaboration with Cycle Life Sac! 🌷

In honor of Mother's Day, we are celebrating motherhood together with a feel-good workout at Cycle Life Sacramento, a space that was truly made with moms in mind!

This is our May workout event, centered around getting out of the house, moving your body, and doing something for you in a way that feels energizing and supportive.

Think flowers, movement, music, and a room full of mamas all showing up for themselves.


💖 What this is

A Cycle Life workout experience combining cycling, strength, and sculpt — designed to be approachable, uplifting, and fun.

This is a little different from our usual outdoor events. It’s an indoor studio experience with a limited number of bikes, which makes it feel more intimate and intentional.


The plan

Location: Cycle Life Sac

  • Arrive around 11:00 AM to get settled

  • Class begins at 11:15 AM

  • Cycle + strength + sculpt workout

  • Stay after, connect, and enjoy the moment

We’ll keep it welcoming, supportive, and very Hot Moms 🤪


What to expect

  • A fun, energizing workout you can take at your own pace

  • Music, movement, and a supportive room

  • A simple Mother’s Day touch to make it feel special

  • Leaving feeling like you did something for yourself

You don’t need to be “in shape.” You just need to show up!


A quick note about kids + childcare

Cycle Life offers childcare, which is something really special! (but please note childcare spots are limited at this event)

Because spots are limited, if you’re able to come solo, that helps keep space available for mamas who truly need it!

If you do plan to bring your child, we’ll share simple instructions for reserving a childcare spot after you RSVP.

There is also very limited space for a few older kids (6-8 years old) to sit in the lobby.

A few good-to-know notes

  • The bikes are clip-in style. If you have your own cycling shoes, feel free to bring them. The studio also has shoes available to borrow if needed.

  • You’ll need to sign a waiver before class. The easiest way is to create an account through Cycle Life’s website ahead of time at https://www.cyclelifesac.com/login-register


RSVP (please read)

RSVP is required for this event as spots are limited!

I use RSVPs to know who’s coming and how many mamas to expect!

If you RSVP and plans change, that’s completely okay. You can update your RSVP to “not going” or send me a quick DM so I know and another mama can take your spot.

This helps us make sure every bike is used and every mama who wants to be there has the chance.

RSVPing also helps keep our events free and accessible and keeps you connected to our email community so you stay in the loop on everything Hot Moms.
