In teams of 3, you’ll spend 5 hours building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools around real delivery challenges like:
Onboarding readiness and customer context gaps
Manual status reporting and lack of visibility
Lost ownership, decisions, and execution tracking
You can also bring your own operational problem to solve.
