Heart Guiding Circle: Cacao, Tantra Yoga, and Sound Bath

Join us for an evening of returning to the heart.

In a world that constantly asks for our attention, it's easy to lose connection with ourselves. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home within.

For an hour and a half, we will journey into the heart space through ritual, movement, and deep presence.

Together, we will share cacao and explore the art of creative visualization, opening the heart and reconnecting to inner truth. From there, we'll move into tantra yoga and guided meditation where we will focus on a sensual embodiment practice of self-love, softness, and connection to the body, while receiving healing Reiki energy at the end of the practice.

We will close the evening with mantra and a grounding sound bath, allowing the body, heart, and spirit to fully integrate.

Led By: Tasnim Islam, Isabella Rachel

Tasnim Islam is a multidisciplinary artist, yoga teacher, and storyteller based between Austin and New York City whose work explores healing through movement, creativity, and human connection. She completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in tantra, arts, and shamanism at Durga's Tiger School in Ecuador. Her practice weaves together movement, meditation, ritual, painting, writing, and storytelling, exploring the ways creativity can help us metabolize grief, reconnect with the body, and find meaning during periods of transition.

As a queer Bengali artist, Tasnim creates spaces that honor complexity, where joy and sorrow, softness and strength, spirituality and skepticism are all welcome. Her work is shaped by her own journey through mental health recovery, travel, and artistic exploration, inspiring offerings that invite presence rather than perfection. For over four years, she has taught yoga and meditation while also working as a painter, henna artist, tattoo artist, and poet. Whether leading a class, facilitating a workshop, or creating art, her intention is to help people feel more at home in themselves and more deeply connected to one another.

Isabella Rachel is a queer esoteric artist, healer, and devotional practitioner whose work lives at the intersection of spirituality, creativity, and remembrance. Rooted in years of self study, ceremony, and embodied practice, she explores healing through sound, voice, ritual, movement and painting. Her work is deeply inspired by the Divine Feminine, the wisdom of the Earth, and ancient mystical traditions.

Through Reiki, sound healing, mantra, prayer, meditation, and intuitive channeling, she creates spaces that invite others to return to themselves with presence, compassion, and reverence. Her connection to subtle energy, including Merkaba consciousness and light language, is expressed as a natural extension of her spiritual practice and devotion. Whether through a healing session, a workshop, a piece of art, or the pages of her writing, Isabella's intention is to help others remember the sacredness that already exists within them, honoring both the mystical and the human with an open heart.
