8h30 — Optional 5km easy run along the main avenue of Jurerê. Your pace, your rhythm, everyone together. A beautiful way to open the body and clear the head before the session.
9h00 to 11h00 — Recovery Session at Founder Haus Beach Club.
Includes:
• Sauna
• Ice bath
• Red light therapy
• Breathwork and wellness practices
• Coffee and healthy snacks
• Open conversations and real connections
