Learn how to set OKRs & scope internship roles!
Founders will learn to define ambitious yet achievable six-month goals using the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) framework and identify strategic intern roles to accelerate progress. We'll discuss how to to align business outcomes with clear key results and translate them into practical, high-impact internship projects. Using real-world templates and examples, each team will begin drafting their own goals and scoping jobs-to-be-done for interns. Over the coming weeks, work with your mentors to build a plan that supports both your startup’s growth and a meaningful student learning experience.
