About Event

Start your Sunday in nature with a stroll through the scenic trails of Rockwood Park.

We'll meet near the first large double parking lot by the Rockwood Museum at 9:00 AM, and the walk will begin promptly at 9:15 AM.

Expect a ~3 mile walk and connecting with likeminded folks. The trail is a mix of paved paths, hills, and shaded woodland trails. The terrain is generally easy to moderate but can include uneven or muddy spots, so sturdy shoes are recommended.

Admission to the park and the event is free. All are welcome! Anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

If you’d like to support our community efforts, you can contribute by purchasing a Community Support Ticket. We believe community-based wellness should be accessible to everyone and no one is turned away for lack of funds. Your presence is more than enough.

We can’t wait to walk and connect with you!
