Construction Robotics Hackathon 2026 – Kickoff

​Kickoff of the first Construction Robotics Hackathon.

​Co-hosted by CTRL, Gateway Factory and Robotics Collective Aachen.

​On 27–29 November, teams of students and young professionals from robotics, civil engineering, architecture and computer science take real industrial robots and turn them into working solutions for real construction use cases. At the kickoff we open the hackathon, present the challenges and bring together the teams, partners and mentors.

17:00 Welcome & safety briefing
17:15 Keynotes: short talks from research, start-ups and investors
18:00 Challenge presentations by the industry partners
19:00 Dinner & partner fair: pizza, drinks and a booth per partner
20:00 Hacking starts (participants only)
