Making Better Funding Applications

​This session is aimed at those new to fundraising giving an insight into grant funding for volunteers, staff and board members of voluntary and community organisations. Join us for an interactive session growing skills, knowledge and confidence to write funding applications. The session will also explore how grants can be a part of a sustainable funding mix. 

​Learning outcomes

​By the end of the course, participants will:

​·       have an overview of the features of grant funding and issues to consider before applying

​·       consider a funders needs and expectations

​·       understand how a planned approach helps to improve the chances of a successful application

​·       get some top tips & prepare for your next funding application

​Tea & Coffee will be provided, but it would be helpful if you could bring along your own refillable cup.
