n8n Build Workshop: Catch Scope Creep Before It Eats Your Project
A client call ends, everyone nods, and three weeks later you notice that the “small addition” was never in the proposal. Meeting notes pile up, tasks get lost in transcripts, and scope creep quietly eats your margin.
In this hands-on workshop you build an AI agent in n8n that takes your meeting notes, checks them in Notion against previous meeting notes, the Statement of Work and the proposal, flags anything that looks like scope creep, and creates the resulting tasks in Notion for you.
This one is different. Unlike our previous workshops, this is not a follow-along session. You do the building. We provide the templates, sample data and guidance, you work through the problems yourself, and we are in the room to help when you get stuck. And yes, there is homework, so the learning continues after the pizza.
Trainer
Cristian Livadaru, Founder of Cloudvox and Vienna n8n Ambassador
What you will build
An n8n agent that reads and understands your meeting notes

A scope check: what was agreed vs. what was discussed
Automatic task creation in Notion
Who this is for
Founders, freelancers, agency teams and project managers who already know their way around n8n.
‼️ This is not a beginner session. ‼️

Reading and working with JSON
The core nodes: triggers, Edit Fields, If, Merge and Loop Over Items

17:00 Workshop: the scenario, the templates, then you build
18:30 Wrap-up and homework briefing, followed by pizza and networking
Before you come
Create an n8n Cloud account. Trials are time-limited, so sign up in the days before the workshop, not weeks ahead.
Create a Notion account (the free plan is enough).
Bring your laptop, fully charged. There may not be a power outlet next to you.
Please arrive on time. The build starts at 17:00 sharp and setup takes a few minutes.
Templates and all links are provided at the workshop.
The workshop is held in English.
If you can no longer attend, please update your RSVP so we can give your spot to someone else.
