n8n Meetup Ashburn - Build Your First AI Agent with n8n

​Join us for the first in-person n8n community meetup in Ashburn and learn how to build an AI agent that can understand a goal, make decisions, use tools, and complete real tasks.

​This beginner-friendly, hands-on session will introduce you to n8n, a visual automation platform used to connect applications, automate workflows, and build practical AI agents.

​During the session, we will:

• ​Explore the difference between a traditional workflow and an AI agent

• ​Break down the essential components of an agent

• ​Build a working AI agent with n8n

• ​Connect the agent with useful tools and services

• ​Discuss human approval, safety, and control

• ​Share practical ideas you can adapt for work, business, or personal productivity

​No previous n8n or AI-agent experience is required. Developers, technology professionals, business owners, students, and anyone curious about practical AI automation are welcome.

​Please bring a laptop if you would like to follow along with the demonstration.

​Food and refreshments will be provided.

​This is a free community event. Registration is encouraged for planning purposes, but walk-ins are welcome until the room reaches capacity.
