n8n Kuala Lumpur Workshop: Map it. Build it. Fix it.
You've got repetitive tasks eating your week. You just don't know which ones are worth automating first.
This workshop starts there.
You'll use a structured system to map your actual week — surfacing the tasks costing you the most time and the easiest wins for automation. Then we build together.
Everyone builds the same workflow: an email triage system that reads your inbox, categorises what's in it, and tells you what actually needs your attention. Along the way you'll learn how every n8n workflow is actually structured — trigger, process, output — plus how to add a human-in-the-loop step, and how to build in guardrails so sensitive information doesn't go where it shouldn't.
Then we break it on purpose.
Because knowing how to build a workflow is only half the job. We'll deliberately trigger failures, walk through how to read what went wrong, and set up a proper error-handling workflow so that when something breaks in the wild — and it will — you're not flying blind.
Who it's for: founders, operators, and the one person on every team who ends up figuring out the tools. No prior n8n experience needed — just bring your actual tasks.
What you'll walk away with:
A mapped view of your week and a clear automation priority list
A working email triage workflow — built by you, ready to use
The core n8n building blocks: triggers, logic, outputs, human-in-the-loop, and guardrails
A proper error-handling workflow and the debugging instincts to fix anything that goes wrong
