n8n Meetup Metropolregion Nürnberg
Interested in automation scalability delivered - this is your spot
This n8n Meetup is all about scaling automation the right way. Join us to learn how to move beyond one-off workflows and build the processes, standards, and operating models that make n8n truly enterprise-ready.
Talk 1 — What Scalable Automation Really Requires
Many companies expect business departments to automate their processes independently using n8n, and instead end up with hard-to-maintain, one-off solutions lacking clear ownership and measurable business value. Drawing on concrete project experience, this talk shows how workflows should be selected based on value contribution and feasibility, and built according to binding engineering standards. It also introduces a Target Operating Model that defines roles, governance, and operations, making automation scalable beyond individual teams.
Max Lehner — Max leads the Strategy division at Exxeta. He brings experience from venture building, founding his own company, and leading strategy consultancies. His focus is on AI strategy, workflow automation, and AI-native target operating models.
Paul Junghardt — Paul is responsible for AI-first automation at Exxeta. With experience in M&A, private equity, and tech, he understands both sides: the economic evaluation of a use case and its technical implementation. His focus is on productive agents and workflows across heterogeneous industries, for SMEs and enterprises, using n8n or pro-code.
Talk 2— Regulatory compliance
Otera builds enterprise-grade AI agents for document and text processes, and n8n is part of its foundation. At the meetup, the team shows how they built their platform with n8n. You’ll also see how this helps them tame the regulatory requirements of highly regulated industries
