Qigong & Energy Healing Workshop - at The Laundry

​In this workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Qigong and experience the sensation of Qi/energy on your hands and flowing throughout your body.

​Teacher Joel Rodriguez (@joel.energy) will lead a powerful Qigong practice, share Qi/energy transfers with participants, and perform a live Energy Healing Treatment.

​You’ll feel energized and rejuvenated from growing your body's natural healing energy through practicing Horse Stance. And you’ll hopefully leave with an expanded perspective on energy healing and the limits of human potential.

​Teacher Joel Rodriguez is trained in the Nei Jin Yi Zhi Chan Qigong lineage that originated hundreds of years ago in the Shaolin Temple.
