​Sound + Mend

​As we settle into the winter months, let’s come inside, slow down, and start with the healing sounds of crystal bowls before gathering together to mend our weathered garments.

​We’ll begin with a **40-minute restorative sound bath**. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Warm herbal tea will be provided.

​Then, after tending to ourselves, we’ll turn our attention to our clothes with some gentle mending. Bring a few favorite pieces from home that could use a little love. We’ll work on patching, hemming, hole mending, and simple repairs — let’s renew together!

​Our host, Jennifer Taves, will be available for mending advice and will also provide distance Reiki during the sound bath portion.
