Why come
A two-and-a-half-hour evening isn't enough time to finish every conversation worth having. The keynote ends, the panel wraps, and you're left with a stack of names, a few half-finished plans, and a follow-up email you keep meaning to send.
Four days after the CIPS Ontario Women in Technology Conference closes, we're running a two-hour virtual session so those conversations don't stall out. The gap between AI skills and leadership roles doesn't close in one evening — it closes through the follow-through.
How it works
Speed networking, four rounds. Groups of three, ten minutes each, everyone shuffled between rounds. Let us know who you're hoping to reconnect with from the conference, and we'll do our best to put you in a room together.
Open networking. The floor stays open after the programme ends. Pick back up with someone from the conference, or meet someone new from the wider community you didn't get to.
Boardy starts before you do. Our AI superconnector calls you after you register, learns who you're still trying to reach from the conference, and begins making introductions before the session starts.

Do I need to download anything? No. It runs in your browser. Chrome works best — enable camera and mic.
Do I need to have attended the conference? No. Anyone can join for $15. It's built for the CIPS community, but open to anyone continuing the conversation.
I'm a CIPS, CIOCAN, or ISACA member — do I pay? No. Use the coupon code from the CIPS Ontario team.
Is this a Zoom call? No. It's a room you move around in.
Why four days after, not right away? Give it a few days to settle. By then you'll know which conversations from the conference are worth continuing — and who you wish you'd met.
