AI Automation Hackathon: Fractional Finance
A hands-on build day for fractional finance leaders who want to use AI to manage multiple clients with less manual work.
The goal:
You leave with one working automation or agent that removes real admin from your week.
How the day works
You bring one real finance task you currently do manually.
Morning
Consolidate your client (or other) finance data into Round Treasury's platform, and build a simple, usable client view or dashboard with Claude.
Afternoon
Break your task into steps and turn it into an automated / agentic workflow.
You’ll leave with:
A client view or dashboard you can reuse without rebuilding it
One working automation or agent you can keep iterating on
Who this is for
Fractional CFOs, FDs, FCs, and senior finance operators who are tired of being the human glue between bank accounts, Xero, and spreadsheets.
What to bring
A laptop
One (or more) annoying, repeatable finance task you want off your plate
Access to your own or a client dataset you’re comfortable using
Claude Pro is required, however we'll provide you with £30 of credits on-the-day
