About Event

April is Earth Month, and The Intoxicologist's Table is going botanical. Join ChinaMoon for an evening exploring how the earth gives us flavor through herbs, flowers, and sustainable spirits practices. This is not your average gin and tonic.

This is cucumber and rose from the Scottish Highlands, elderflower picked in the Alps during a two-week harvest window, and fresh basil grown in windowsills that became a zero-waste cocktail movement. You will taste Hendrick's Gin presented the way it was meant to be experienced, with the story of how those botanicals make it to your glass. You will sip an elderflower spritz while learning why seasonality matters in spirits just as much as in food. And you will finish with a blueberry lemon basil smash that proves sustainability and incredible flavor are not opposing forces. Every cocktail comes in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, because everyone deserves the full experience. Intimate, educational, and designed to make you rethink what is possible when you allow the garden into the glass.

30 seats. Once they are gone, the Garden Table closes for the season. Reserve yours now before Madison's most sought-after Thursday night is fully planted.
