​AI agents are everywhere right now, but a lot of the hype skips the fundamentals. This workshop is a clear, ground-up introduction for working SWEs, PMs, and tech professionals who want to actually understand what agents are and how to work with them.

​In one hour, we’ll cover the basics:

• ​What an agent actually is —> the core loop behind every agent, minus the jargon

• ​How agents are used —> real examples, and why many “agents” are really just workflows

• ​When to build one —> a simple framework for deciding whether a task is a good fit

• ​How to build them —> the anatomy of a working agent, walked through step by step

​This workshop is interactive and beginner-friendly! We’ll work through real scenarios together, not just sit through slides. Bring a laptop if you like, but you won’t need one to follow along.
